Refund Policy

Opula offers a 60-day free trial so you can evaluate it fully before paying. This policy explains cancellation and refunds for the paid plan (Pro).
1. Free trial
The Pro plan includes a 60-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial, and canceling before the trial ends means no payment occurs.
2. Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time from the dashboard. After canceling, billing stops from the next billing cycle, and you keep access for the period you have already paid for, through its expiry date.
3. Refunds
Because a generous free trial is provided, subscription periods already paid for are, as a rule, non-refundable. No pro-rata refund of the remaining period is provided on cancellation, and you may continue to use the Service during that period.
We may, however, review and refund on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges or a clear billing error
- Cases where the Service could not be used normally due to the Company's fault
- Cases where a refund is required under applicable law (such as e-commerce law)
4. Refund processing
Payments are made through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), and approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary according to the policy of the payment method's issuer.
