Does Opula connect to my bank?+
No. Opula never links a bank or brokerage account and doesn't use Plaid. You record holdings and cash flows in plain language ('bought 10 shares of Tesla'), so nothing depends on account credentials or a data aggregator. That's also how it tracks assets no bank feed can see.
Is my financial data private and safe?+
Your data is stored isolated per user and never leaves to a third party for inference. You bring your own AI (Claude or ChatGPT), so the analysis runs in the model you already trust. There is no account linking, and you can delete everything at any time.
